Betty is a B2B SaaS company revolutionizing how professional and trade associations use generative AI to serve their communities. Our conversational assistant, Betty, is trained on each organization's knowledge base to provide seamless, AI-powered access to key information. We’re hiring a part-time administrative assistant to support our customer onboarding process and team. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, tech-friendly, and comfortable managing repeatable tasks across multiple tools. You’ll help get our clients up and running on our platform with tasks like: • Set up and track new client projects in our project management tool (Monday.com) • Create organizational records and user accounts in internal databases • Prepare and configure demo environments for client review • Perform quality checks to ensure demo sites are correctly set up • Assist with training material prep and documentation • Collect and organize content from client websites • Support ongoing refinement of each client’s AI assistant You’ll do well in this role if you: • Have strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset • Are reliable, communicative, and proactive • Proficiency in Excel • Experience with project management software (familiarity with Monday.com is a plus!) • Comfort looking at code (no actual coding required) • Can dedicate ~15 hours per week, we can be flexible with your schedule but are looking for consistent hours Looking for someone to start ASAP.
