We're looking for a part-time, articulate, and reliable Sales Call Assistant to support our team during live sales calls. You'll be joining calls with prospective customers to help guide conversations, take notes, and ensure follow-ups are captured. You’ll be representing a cutting-edge healthcare AI product that’s transforming how medical providers handle documentation and administrative workflows. This is a remote, hourly role - ideal for someone with strong communication skills, comfort leading client calls when needed, and a polished, professional presence. Responsibilities: • Join and support live sales and partnership calls with prospective clients • Lead calls when necessary, especially if other team members are unavailable • Take clear, structured notes and flag key action items • Summarize discussions and assist with post-call follow-ups • Understand and clearly communicate the value of our healthcare AI product Requirements: • Based in the United States • Available 2-3 hours per week to start (with potential to grow) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Confident and professional presence on video calls • Experience in sales, customer success, or healthcare tech is a plus • Rate: $25 - $45/hour, based on experience
