We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, specifically for Mondays and Wednesdays. This position will play an important role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring consistent communication with our clients and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Make follow-up calls to clients and vendors as needed Assist with administrative tasks including scanning and filing documents Contact vendors for updates, quotes, or service coordination Enter and track expenses with a focus on accuracy Update and manage service tickets for ongoing jobs Help schedule appointments and events based on customer requests Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Must have excellent phone etiquette and professionalism Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively High attention to detail and accuracy Prior experience in an office environment is preferred, but not required Work Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays If you're interested in joining a supportive team and growing with us, we’d love to hear from you.
