We’re looking for a reliable, driven, and English-fluent Sales Manager to join our team and help us close more deals, follow up with leads, and grow our customer base. Responsibilities include: • Responding to inbound leads via Yelp, Google, and our website • Following up with potential customers by phone, text, and email • Providing accurate quotes and converting leads into booked jobs • Managing CRM and tracking all sales activities • Improving our scripts and sales process over time Requirements: • Proven experience in sales (moving industry preferred, but not required) • Fluent in spoken and written English • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Comfortable with remote work and flexible hours (U.S. time zone availability preferred) • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar Compensation: Base monthly retainer + bonuses based on performance.
