You will be responsible for reaching out to residential homeowners, multifamily property managers, and construction companies (both residential and commercial) to introduce our services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities: Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to residential, multifamily, and commercial prospects. Present our roofing and waterproofing solutions clearly and professionally. Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set appointments for follow-up. Maintain a log of calls, conversations, and outcomes. Follow up with prospects as needed. Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies. Requirements: Previous cold calling or sales experience preferred (especially in construction, roofing, or related industries). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily (minimum 50 calls per day). Self-motivated, reliable, and organized. Ability to adapt scripts and conversations based on client needs.
