Support the coordination of sales events, webinars, and workshops. Handle inbound inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales representative. Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM software. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
