Hello, We’re seeking a dedicated, remote live-answering receptionist to handle calls and ensure smooth communication for our clients. This part/time & full-time role is essential in representing our company professionally, with responsibilities centered around answering and directing calls to the appropriate person or department. The calls are generally quick and straightforward, but each must be handled with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a warm demeanor. Position Details: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST Language Requirements: Fluent English & Spanish (professional proficiency in both languages) Remote Setup Required: A quiet and professional workspace, a high-quality headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection Start Date: ASAP, for the right candidate Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls promptly with a positive and welcoming tone Redirect calls to the correct team members or departments as needed Handle inquiries professionally and accurately Maintain an organized approach to tracking calls and messages Qualifications: Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish Previous experience in a receptionist or live answering role (preferred but not required) Comfortable working remotely with stable internet and professional equipment If you're a reliable and friendly individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
