Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a positive and seamless experience with our products and services. This position is part-time, starting at 5 hours per week. An interest in skincare and wellness is a must! Responsibilities: Customer Support: Speak with customers over the phone at scheduled times to provide information about our products, services, and wellness programs. Respond to customer inquiries via email as needed. Appointment & Client Onboarding: Help onboard new clients, assist in scheduling, and maintain workflows for existing clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout. Product & Service Guidance: Provide general information on our natural skincare products and services, offering personalized recommendations to guide clients toward the right solutions based on their needs. Requirements: Previous customer service experience is preferred. Strong interest in skincare or wellness and a willingness to learn and communicate about natural skincare solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to empathize and understand the unique needs of individuals seeking holistic wellness and skincare services.
