We are looking for a highly responsive and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage outbound calls, texts, and emails for homeowner leads in our home services business. The ideal candidate **must have experience in the home services industry (hardscaping, backyard makeovers, and pools) ** and an understanding of how to speak with homeowners who may be anxious about their projects. The primary objective of this role is to book face-to-face estimates for our contractor clients by engaging homeowners promptly after they express interest. Key Responsibilities: -Make outbound calls (20+ per day) to homeowner leads as soon as they come in, qualify their interest in home improvement projects, collect relevant details, and schedule appointments while also managing 20+ new leads daily to ensure timely follow-ups. Record all information in the Leadsimple CRM. -Manually reply to text messages and send emails as needed to engage potential clients—while automated texts and emails are sent out, prompt calls are the priority for speed to lead. -Use our Leadsimple CRM system, which handles outbound calls and tracks lead status. -Report any issues immediately—do not assume things are set a certain way. -Use state-specific phone numbers provided through Leadsimple CRM (requires both desktop and mobile apps). Requirements: ✅ Home services industry experience REQUIRED – You must know how to speak with homeowners who may be anxious about their project. ✅ Strong phone communication skills – Confident, professional, and able to build trust quickly. ✅ Native US English accent required for clear and professional communication. ✅ Ability to handle 20+ calls per day, 6-7 days a week. ✅ Fast response time – Must be available by phone and computer most of the day to ensure speed to lead (fast follow-up). ✅ Comfortable with technology – Will be using Leadsimple CRM (requires mobile and desktop apps). ✅ Must be proactive – If you notice an issue, speak up immediately instead of assuming things are working correctly. ✅ Ability to read and reference Google Sheets – No data entry required, just the ability to understand lead details.
