We’re growing fast—and we’re ready to scale even faster with the right Meta Ads expert on our side. If you live and breathe Facebook and Instagram ads and know how to drive real, measurable growth, we want to hear from you. What We’re Looking For: We’re on the hunt for a freelance Meta Ads Manager with a proven track record of scaling eCommerce brands profitably. You should be fluent in full-funnel strategy, creative testing, and data analysis—and you know how to turn browsers into buyers with every scroll. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who’s both strategic and execution-focused, with a deep understanding of Meta’s ever-evolving ad ecosystem. What You’ll Do: Develop, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (top of funnel to retargeting) Collaborate with our team on ad creative, messaging, and performance testing Manage audience targeting strategies (interest-based, lookalikes, broad, retargeting) Monitor daily performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate Create and test high-performing ad variations across copy and creative formats Implement pixel tracking and troubleshoot conversion and attribution issues Deliver clear, actionable weekly performance reports Stay up-to-date on Meta platform updates, trends, and best practices What You Bring: Highly experienced in running Meta Ads for eCommerce/DTC brands (fashion a big bonus) Proven success scaling ad accounts profitably Expert knowledge of Ads Manager, Shopify, and GA4 Strong analytical skills—you love diving into data and pulling out insights Fast, responsive, and detail-obsessed (you triple-check your UTM links) Self-starter who’s comfortable owning performance and iterating quickly Nice-to-Have: Working with apparel brands Experience working with UGC/creator content and managing creative briefs Ability to align Meta strategy with email/SMS and other paid channels Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and content best practices
