About Us: We’re a growing commercial real estate brokerage with active clients, a solid backend operation, and a focus on rapid scaling. We’re building a lean and high-performing team and are now looking for a Marketing Manager to help us attract more property listings and real estate agents. We have a developer and graphic designer on our team who can implement landing pages and build dashboards—you’ll define the strategy, content, and conversion flow. What You’ll Do: Build and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting both: - Property owners (listing generation) - Real estate agents (recruitment) - Write compelling content and provide the structure for: -- Landing pages -- Email sequences -- Social media campaigns - Define KPIs and work with our developer/designer to build a performance dashboard - Create brand messaging that builds trust and credibility - Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok - Repurpose success stories and testimonials into marketing content You’re a Fit If You: - Have experience running lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses or real estate - Know how to structure and write high-converting content - Are data-driven and can define clear KPIs for marketing performance - Have worked with technical team members to bring your vision to life - Are resourceful, creative, and excited to build from the ground up Success Looks Like: - 150% increase in listing leads within 90 days - Consistent monthly flow of agent inquiries - Landing pages converting at 10–15% for warm traffic - Social media campaigns that build engagement and brand trust Engagement Details: - Freelance with potential to grow into a full-time role - Flexible hours, but must be responsive and deadline-oriented - You’ll work closely with the Founder To Apply: Please submit: - A short intro highlighting your relevant experience - 1–2 examples of lead gen campaigns you've managed - A quick note on your experience with content strategy and campaign management for real estate or similar fields
