We are a fast-growing roofing company looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to completely take charge of our CRM setup, automations, integrations, and overall digital marketing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GHL, JobNimbus, Zapier integrations, chatbot implementation, website integration, and the ability to build highly efficient workflows and automations. Our goal is to build a streamlined, automated marketing and sales system to consistently engage our client base, generate leads, and empower our sales team. We want someone who understands how to create strategic automations, manage effective messaging sequences, and maintain brand consistency throughout. Primary Responsibilities: - Full setup, management, and optimization of GoHighLevel CRM - Build robust automations and workflows for lead nurturing, client engagement, appointment scheduling, and post-sale follow-ups - Integration between GHL, JobNimbus, Zapier, and other essential marketing tools - Collaborate closely on messaging, branding strategy, and campaign optimization - Implementation and management of GHL chatbot on our website - Create and manage landing pages for our sales reps, tailored for effective lead generation and client interaction - Regular monitoring, testing, and optimization to ensure maximum efficiency and conversion rates - Ongoing reporting on performance, with recommendations for continuous improvement Additional Tasks and Responsibilities: - Provide strategic guidance and recommendations for overall marketing automation improvement - Implement reputation management strategies using GHL’s built-in tools - Set up SMS and email marketing sequences to maintain consistent client engagement - Ensure seamless data synchronization between platforms - Assist in creating a structured onboarding/training process for new sales representatives Ideal Candidate Qualifications: - Proven expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) platform (certification or extensive portfolio required) - Demonstrable experience integrating GHL with Zapier, JobNimbus, and other third-party software - Strong understanding of digital marketing automation, lead generation, and sales funnel optimization - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills - Ability to provide proactive suggestions and improvements beyond initial setup What Success Looks Like: - A fully automated, efficient CRM system that reduces manual tasks and improves customer interactions - Increased lead conversion rates through strategic landing pages and chatbot engagements - Seamless integration between GHL, JobNimbus, and other key platforms - Clear, consistent, and impactful marketing messages aligning with our brand - An easy-to-manage, well-documented system that allows company leadership to focus on business growth rather than operational details To Apply: Please submit: Your detailed experience with GHL, Zapier, and JobNimbus integrations Examples of similar projects or automations you've successfully completed A brief overview of your approach to managing and optimizing CRM systems for businesses We're looking to move quickly and want someone who's eager to help us create a powerful, automated marketing machine.
