Now, we’re building our in-house video capability—and we need you behind the lens. --- The Role We’re looking for a Videographer who knows capture footage to create magnetic, brand-aligned stories. You’ll be responsible for shooting high-quality video content for social media, paid ads, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, product features, and campaign assets. You should have an eye for composition, lighting, and movement—and the speed to adapt on set and in post. The ideal candidate is as comfortable with gimbals and natural lighting as they are directing a shot list or scrubbing through footage in Premiere. --- Key Responsibilities Video Capture * Film on-location and on-the-go video content (interviews, lifestyle, BTS, reels, talking heads, studio walkthroughs, etc.) * Set up and manage video shoots, including framing, lighting, and audio * Collaborate with creative and strategy leads to plan shot lists, scripts, and visual direction * Adapt to a variety of locations—indoor, outdoor, wellness clinics, studio spaces Post-Production * Edit short- and mid-form content for social (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), paid ads, and landing pages * Add text overlays, motion graphics, music, and light color correction * Deliver polished final cuts that align with brand tone and channel goals Creative Collaboration * Translate campaign concepts into compelling visual content * Contribute ideas for hooks, transitions, and shooting styles based on performance trends * Bring a fresh, social-native POV to how we tell brand stories on video Requirements * Based in Orange County or nearby with reliable transportation for local shoots * Owns professional-grade camera gear (DSLR/mirrorless, audio, gimbal preferred) * 2–4 years of experience shooting and editing branded video content * Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve * Strong sense of pacing, composition, and lighting * Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta Ads * Able to work independently on small shoots and adapt in real time Bonus if you have: * Experience working with wellness, lifestyle, or health-tech brands * Drone certification or FPV footage examples * Motion graphics or After Effects skills * On-camera or directing talent (helping clients feel confident on film) --- Compensation * Competitive day rate or retainer (DOE) * Flexible hours with creative autonomy * Portfolio-building work with dynamic brands * Potential for long-term freelance or in-house growth
