Social Media Account Manager Part-Time • Remote or Puerto Rico-Based About Present Records: Present Records is an emerging independent record label focused on storytelling, innovation, and supporting bold new voices in music. We produce artist-driven content and community experiences across digital platforms, blending music, media, and culture. As we grow, we’re looking for a Social Media Account Manager to manage and elevate our digital presence. Role Overview: We’re seeking a Social Media Account Manager to oversee our content pipeline, manage timelines, and help execute our social strategies across multiple platforms. You’ll be working closely with our artists, editors, and strategy team to track deliverables, ensure posts go out on time, and maintain communication across our creative ecosystem. Key Responsibilities (includes Vi’s deliverables): • Track and organize all creative deliverables weekly (e.g., stream edits, reels, talking heads, memes, AI-enhanced clips) • Upload final deliverables to Drive and organize them by artist, format, and campaign • Maintain and update the Notion content pipeline with accurate statuses • Assign thumbnails and prep videos for publishing • Manage posting timelines across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube • Coordinate with editors and creators to ensure each week’s deliverables are submitted on time • Track performance metrics and flag high-performing content • Schedule content using tools like Later or Meta Suite • Create reports or simple recaps on what’s been posted and what’s upcoming • Take meeting notes and share key action items • Communicate clearly with collaborators and keep everyone aligned Who You Are: • Highly organized and reliable • Strong communication skills • Familiar with social platforms and current content trends • Able to manage deadlines and multitask across creative projects • Experience using Notion, Google Drive, Instagram/TikTok/YouTube scheduling tools • Based in Puerto Rico or open to working in Atlantic Time zone • Available 15–20 hours/week to start, with room to grow What You Get: • Join a mission-driven, creative team • Direct access to emerging music projects and artists • Flexible schedule and remote work • Opportunities to expand into strategy, marketing, or A&R To Apply: Send your resume, a short note about your experience with social media management, and any relevant links (social profiles you’ve managed, portfolios, etc.)
