Location: Hybrid (In-office Tuesdays & Thursdays in Harrisburg, PA; Remote Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) Duration: Starting May 27, 2025 | Temporary assignment during full-time search CrossState Credit Union Association is seeking a skilled and reliable Temporary Communications Editor to support our busy communications team during a key transition period. This role is ideal for a local professional with experience in content creation, email marketing, and digital communications, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and produce daily member e-newsletter (“The Daily”), weekly “CCW” newsletter, and monthly “Emerging Leaders” newsletter Write and format daily marketing emails promoting events, campaigns, and resources Manage and update content on CrossState’s website (WordPress) Provide general communications support as needed Requirements: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar) Excellent time management and ability to meet daily deadlines Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable switching between projects Must be local to the Harrisburg, PA area and available to work in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays Reports to: Christina Carden, VP of Marketing & Communications
