Start-Up Non-Profit Needs a FileMaker Expert

I aam in the process of launching a Non-Profit and its sister company, a For Profit. I have some experience and will design a database to run operatrions in FileMaker Pro. What I NEED is an expert in FileMaker Pro Cloud. - Someone who can assist me in any design features that are cloud exclusive or maybe complex to design and implement - Someone who fully understands the FMP Cloud system and can assist in whatever it takes to get my database hosted and running smoothly on FMP Cloud. - Someone who can help me nagivate the waters of ACCESS CONTROL, as I will have 6 or 7 categories of use, each with certain, specific capabilities and access. - Someone who can assist me in the front end design for the Web (probably Wordpress) to ensure that the frond is seamlessly integrated with what we have installed on the FMP cloud. - Someone wo can provide guidance and insight as to whatCloud can, and cannot do, and other tricks. I have a decent amount of FMP experience, althought I would not call myself a developer, I have designed a number of pretty robust and visually pleasing solutions. Obviously my budget os more the 5, but I always prefer flat rate fees for agreed work instead of hourly.
