Rework Prototype Enclosure

Thank you for taking on our project. We need our enclosure prototype reworked for future injection molding/ 3D Resin Printing. Specifically, we need to add a section to our current prototype that allows fastening; while complimenting our internal PCB and its components such as: the rim lights, center light, side wall light, internal battery, On/Off switch, selector button and indicator lights. The color of the prototype will be black. We need holes added to the bottom half of the enclosure to put fastening hardware (bolts) that would line up with the preexisting holes in the PCB. Once holes are added to the bottom half, and line up with the others, they would pass through the PCB to meet a mounting section underneath the top half. This section would allow for a bolt to thread in and fasten in place. All while allowing full functionality of our other components. We need the middle section and the small areas of upper half of the enclosure’s holes to be filled and smoothed over. We’d like to have a light diffuser material in the shape of the eight holes along the top perimeter, the center L shape for light to shine up through the center “L” logo, and the center of the two halves (along the side of halves) to have a diffuser like material partially in between both top and bottom, to allow light to shine outward from center. We may need to incorporate “light tubes” that go from the PCB to the bottom of top half, corresponding to the light diffused areas above.
