Help Wanted: Architect / Mechanical Drafter – Nationwide Projects Global Real Estate Development Global Real Estate Development is actively seeking a highly skilled Architect or Mechanical Drafter to collaborate on a wide range of commercial and residential development projects across the United States. Position: Contract / Part-Time / Project-Based Location: Remote with possible site visits (nationwide projects) Start Date: Immediate Responsibilities: • Prepare architectural or mechanical drawings for new construction, rehabilitation, and redevelopment projects • Interpret project concepts and turn them into technical schematics and blueprints • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers on design feasibility and adjustments • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards • Produce 3D models and detailed design documentation as required Requirements: • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or comparable drafting/design software • Solid understanding of construction principles and architectural/mechanical systems • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience with urban redevelopment or affordable housing projects is a plus Compensation: Competitive per-project pay or retainer available, based on experience and project scope.
