Company: iGrad LLC As a Manual Quality Assurance Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platforms. You will be responsible for thoroughly testing various aspects of our websites to identify any defects or issues that may impact user experience or functionality. Responsibilities: - Execute test cases and test scenarios according to predefined testing processes and procedures. - Identify, document, and report software defects and inconsistencies. - Collaborate with developers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Conduct regression testing to ensure that defects have been addressed and resolved. - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving product quality and user experience. - Maintain detailed records of testing activities and results. Requirements: - Previous experience in quality assurance testing preferred. - Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. - Ability to follow instructions and execute test cases accurately. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies is a plus. - Must be reliable and able to meet deadlines.
