seeking proposals for a cloud-based digital skills training platform to enhance Iowans' digital skills. The project includes hosting existing modules, tracking progress, and potentially developing new content. Collaboration with The Department of Management (DOM) seeks to provide Locals access to an established digital skills training platform to address a series of digital skills. We seeks a digital skills curriculum cloud-based software to host and work with the Agency to provide access to existing digital skills modules and learning pathways, host the digital skills modules, track individual progress and completion of modules and learning pathways for reporting. In addition, DOM will potentially support the development of new modules and learning pathways if the successful Respondent currently lacks a portion of digital skills modules and learning pathways in their current portfolio. The initiative will also fund activities to establish eligibility requirements, determine the training needs of individuals, and promote the availability of the tools. This work will potentially include collaboration with the State’s community colleges and libraries. We are seeking a talented developer or team to create a cloud-based digital skills training platform. The platform should be user-friendly, scalable, and feature-rich, providing users with access to various digital skills courses. Key functionalities include course management, user progress tracking, and integration with payment gateways.
