Hi, we are an integrated firm specializing in modern ‘volumetric’ built modular homes. We are variously , on an ongoing basis, placing single homes, duplexes, 4 plexes and multifamily apartments and townhomes. I require a professional to collate, modify as required and finalize pre engineered designs and projects allied with landscapes and engineering drawing to suit various lots and submit required paperwork to the Cities for final approval. Individual will be required to attend in person meetings periodically with management and/or city planners. Denver metro area soon to be Colorado front range , Arizona, Texas and Idaho.
