1. Project Overview We are building a swipeable 2D carousel in Unity 6 for a future mobile app. The carousel should allow users to swipe horizontally between large vertical cards. One card must always be centered, with partial visibility of the neighboring cards. The movement must be smooth and feel natural on mobile devices. The setup must be lightweight and responsive across different screen sizes. Budget: Listed at $250 as a reference point, but I'm open to higher bids for the right experience and quality of work. 2. Functional Requirements Horizontal swiping only, no vertical movement. After releasing the swipe, the carousel must smoothly snap to the nearest card. One card must always be centered on screen. Neighboring cards must be partially visible at all times. 3.
