What You Will Deliver Workstream Representative Tasks Data & Schema Publish a canonical CSV header, build a header-check macro, normalise raw lists, create about ten custom fields and tag schemes, import one-hundred-thousand-contact batches, run phone-validation workflows, clean legacy tags and contacts. Automations Clone existing ten-step AI-SMS sequences for new deal categories; add reply-tracking tags, two- and four-month nurture branches, SMS gates based on a Mobile Valid flag, launch a five-thousand-lead A-B pilot, deactivate superseded flows, roll the full database into new sequences. Voice & RVM Write an intro script, build a ringless-voicemail workflow, run an internal test across ten numbers, monitor delivery and QA outcomes. Integrations Trigger Zapier webhooks to a direct-mail platform, map variables to dynamic postcards, confirm weekly exports and file hand-offs. Ops & QA Spot-check five percent of daily imports, generate a weekly KPI deck, lead Friday retros, archive Loom library, update the SOP to version one point one, enforce a quarterly data-purge cadence. Must-Have Experience Three-plus years of hands-on Go High Level administration (workflows, custom values, Twilio, triggers, calendars, snapshots, and so on). Advanced workflow logic and conditional branching across SMS, email, calls, and webhooks. Bulk contact hygiene—imports, custom-field mapping, duplicate prevention, phone and email validation. Zapier (webhooks, filters, multi-step Zaps) plus experience with a direct-mail or print-on-demand platform. Building KPI dashboards or funnel reports in GHL, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio. Clear written English and comfort recording explanation Looms. Nice-to-Have Real-estate or lead-generation marketing background. SQL, Apps-Script, or Python for data-cleaning macros. Experience migrating legacy CRMs into Go High Level. Engagement Details Start: ASAP (May 2025) Commitment: 15–20 hrs per week for roughly six to eight weeks, with the option to extend.
