Full-Time during CST We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Contract Manager to support one of our key clients in managing and streamlining their contracts backlog. This role will play a critical part in ensuring contracts are accurately drafted, reviewed, saved into the client’s Coupa CLM system, and efficiently managed through the lifecycle process. Key Responsibilities: • Review and process a backlog of existing contracts into Coupa CLM. • Draft agreements using pre-approved templates. • Redline contracts, incorporating feedback and negotiating revisions when needed. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, Sales) to align on contract terms and approvals. • Maintain organized, detailed records of contract statuses and versions. • Identify and escalate any issues or risks in contracts requiring legal or leadership review. • Contribute to process improvements and documentation of standard contract procedures. Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience negotiating, reviewing, and redlining legal terms, including providing input on business terms in partnership with internal business owners. • Strong experience saving, managing, and tracking contracts within a CLM (preferably Coupa CLM but not required). • Proven experience reviewing and managing B2B contracts, with a focus on indirect spend and complex technology agreements. • Background working closely with Procurement teams and engaging cross-functionally with business stakeholders and support functions (Legal, Finance, IT, etc.). • Ability to proactively ask clarifying questions and escalate issues to ensure an efficient contract review and execution process, especially in a dynamic environment where procurement processes are actively evolving. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of contracts independently. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate legal language into clear business terms.
