We are seeking a skilled Citrix Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Citrix virtualization technologies and be proficient in managing and optimizing Citrix environments. This role is essential in ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of our virtual infrastructure. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain Citrix environments to support business needs. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Citrix technologies, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and NetScaler. Optimize Citrix environments for performance and user experience. Manage Citrix user profiles, applications, and desktops. Implement and maintain Citrix high availability and disaster recovery solutions. Monitor Citrix infrastructure for performance, availability, and security issues. Provide technical support to end-users for Citrix-related issues. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Citrix solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest Citrix technologies and best practices. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Citrix administration. Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Proficiency in Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and NetScaler. Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (formerly XenApp and XenDesktop). Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
