Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Development Coordinator to support our outbound sales efforts. This role is responsible for developing targeted prospect lists, coordinating outreach campaigns, responding to initial inquiries, and setting introductory appointments for the executive team. This is a non-closing role focused on building and maintaining top-of-funnel activity. Key Responsibilities: Research and compile high-quality prospect lists based on ideal client profiles. Support outbound email and messaging campaigns using CRM and sales tools. Respond to first-level inquiries and route appropriate leads to the executive team. Schedule introductory calls and maintain appointment calendars. Track outreach activity, engagement, and responses. Collaborate with marketing to align on messaging and campaigns. Ensure CRM is updated with accurate and timely information. Qualifications: 2+ years in a sales support, business development, or marketing coordination role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools. Ability to research and segment contact lists effectively. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks. Preferred: Experience in B2B professional services or HR consulting industry.
