Description: I’m the owner of a growing cleaning company that serves both commercial janitorial clients and residential customers (window washing, pressure washing, and gutter clearing). I’m seeking a remote operations consultant to help me streamline and professionalize my business through better workflows, smarter systems, and automation. This is a collaborative setup project—I’m looking for someone who can handle much of the hands-on buildout, while also guiding and empowering me to manage and contribute to the systems myself.
