I'm running three brands (TBC, RS, RHD) under a single Shopify store using Printful for fulfillment. I need someone who can break down my numbers, identify what’s working, and help me create a clear roadmap to scale. Right now, I’m using: Shopify Analytics Printful Dashboard Microsoft Clarity I have access to sales per brand, traffic sources, conversion rate, and some ad data — but I’m struggling to: Properly break down COGs and profit per brand Understand where my money is going Figure out what to focus on next Avoid burnout from trying to do everything at once I Need You To: Analyze performance across Shopify, Printful, and any other relevant tools Help me understand margins, best-selling SKUs, and customer behavior Recommend smart, cost-effective ways to increase sales and repeat buyers Set up or improve tracking dashboards if needed Offer ongoing support monthly, not just one-time advice Bonus if you: Have experience with Printful + Shopify combo Know how to track ROAS and CAC across Meta/TikTok Can speak directly (no fluff) and work fast I’m not looking for someone to “run” ads or write content, I need clear strategy and actionable insights.
