Description: The Vanguard Network is seeking a part-time Marketing Strategist to lead and coordinate our messaging and content efforts—with a focus on LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone experienced in B2B marketing who can develop and manage a content calendar, align with internal teams, and deliver strategic messaging that resonates with senior executives. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with sales and internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals Develop and maintain a consistent LinkedIn-focused content calendar Propose and implement a planning tool (e.g., Trello, Notion, CoSchedule) Draft or coordinate creation of content that reflects our brand voice and leadership positioning Recommend and track KPIs for content engagement and performance Provide strategic insights on what’s working—and where to adjust Ensure collaboration within Eastern Time (ET) business hours Requirements: 3+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or brand messaging (B2B focus preferred) Strong expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for audience engagement and thought leadership Excellent written and verbal communication skills—native or fluent English required Must be available to work and communicate during ET business hours Highly organized and self-directed, with experience aligning across multiple teams Comfortable recommending tools and reporting on outcomes Bonus If You Have: Experience in leadership development, executive coaching, or consulting Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Shield, HubSpot, LinkedIn Insights) To Apply, Please Include: A short summary of your relevant experience and approach to LinkedIn content strategy Examples of prior work (LinkedIn posts, campaigns, or content calendars you've developed) Specific KPIs you’ve been measured against in the past (e.g., engagement rate, lead conversions, follower growth) How you would approach defining and measuring success in this role Your hourly rate and availability during Eastern Time hours Commitment: 5–10 hours per week, with opportunity to expand based on results and fit
