We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to support our fast-growing startup on a part-time, weekly basis (5–8 hours). This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in systems, strategy, and automation—and is passionate about driving operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success functions. Key Responsibilities: Audit and optimize our current HubSpot CRM setup (pipelines, workflows, properties, integrations) Create and maintain automated workflows across sales, onboarding, and renewals Set up tracking/reporting dashboards for KPIs across marketing, sales, and CSX Integrate third-party tools (e.g. Slack, Stripe, Zapier, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Qwilr, Relevance.ai) Work with leadership to streamline the RevOps tech stack and drive data integrity Recommend improvements to the customer journey, funnel, and handoff points Tools You'll Work With: HubSpot Slack Zapier Stripe Mailchimp Google Analytics Qwilr Airtable / Sheets (Bonus: Experience with Relevance.ai or building AI-assisted workflows) Ideal Candidate Has: 3+ years experience in a RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps role Proven success building scalable CRM systems and automated workflows High attention to detail and ability to clean and structure data Experience working with fast-paced, early-stage startups Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in tech, SaaS, or cause-driven businesses Familiarity with subscription billing workflows Experience supporting B2B and B2C operational models Ability to work flexibly across time zones (US-based preferred, but not required) Hours & Commitment: 5–8 hours per week to start Potential for increased hours as needs scale Flexible schedule, with availability for 1 weekly check-in
