Cold Caller for my Funding Broker Business

I have a funding broker business where I help small businesses get access to $15-$150,000 in Zero Percent capital. Our ideal clients for funding services. We need to have a 700+ credit score along with a couple other factors. If they don’t have a 700+ credit score, we also offer credit consulting services to help with that. We determine what type of services they would be a good fit for based on a prequalification form we have on our website where it would do a soft pull on their profile. My dilemma is that I don’t have a social media presence. I need a cold collar with either their own book of business or can you scrub leads to get as many people who need funding for their business to fill out that prequalification form. If they qualify, we can close them on funding, or if they don’t qualify, we can close them on Credit Repair. Or, directly reach out to people who need Credit repair to book a call with us so we can close them on our credit Consulting program. I’m mainly looking for someone who can generate their own leads versus me finding them leads that they would close. I am really tight on time for creating extra content outside of what is on the website. I’m currently creating a Credit Repair VSL that would be ready in time for when you start doing outbound outreach. Any help on this would be highly appreciated.
