We are a growing land investment and wholesaling company seeking an experienced CRM consultant to help us optimize our use of Resimpli and build out an efficient, scalable system. We’ve already implemented some Resimpli functions but believe we are only scratching the surface. We want a partner who can help us: Audit our current CRM setup Design optimized workflows and automations (lead intake → acquisitions → dispositions → closing) Recommend key reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance Advise on integrations with marketing and communications tools (email, text, phone) Provide SOPs, flowcharts, or Loom videos for our team Meet with us biweekly or monthly to track progress and help with continuous improvement Requirements: 2+ years experience in CRM consulting for real estate investment or wholesaling (Resimpli, Podio, InvestorFuse, Forefront, REI BlackBook, etc.) Strong understanding of acquisitions, dispositions, lead pipelines, and REI operations Proven ability to design workflows and automate repetitive tasks Excellent communication skills (we want a teacher, not just a technician) Ability to provide references or examples of past CRM build-outs Estimated Workload: Initial audit + blueprint: ~10–15 hours Ongoing monthly coaching: ~2–4 hours/month Budget: Hourly rate or fixed price proposals welcome Please include your experience, relevant projects, and why you’re a good fit
