Project Scope of Work: Scalable Affiliate Funnel Framework Objective: To design and implement a scalable, replicable affiliate funnel framework that leverages our proprietary B2B data to drive high-intent leads into vertical-specific workflows. This system will automate lead routing, email/SMS sequences, and affiliate offer redirection while minimizing manual effort. Scope of Work Phase 1: Initial System Build ClickFunnels Workspace Setup Creation of a dedicated ClickFunnels workspace for your first affiliate vertical. Configuration of CRM and automation workflows for lead segmentation. Optimized Bridge Page Development Design and development of a high-converting bridge page for affiliate offer redirection. Automated Email & SMS Sequences Full buildout of email and SMS workflows for one affiliate offer, including: Lead capture and follow-up sequences Engagement-triggered messaging Integration with a third-party email service (SendGrid or equivalent). Data Upload & System Training Instruction on uploading segmented CSV data files. Training on campaign activation and workflow management. Deliverable: A fully functional, templated system that can be replicated for additional affiliate offers. Future Scalability (Optional Add-Ons) Additional Affiliate Offer Buildouts Customized email/SMS copy for new offers. New bridge pages (if required). Replication and minor customization of backend workflows. Self-Service Option Documentation and training to replicate the system internally. Technical Implementation Platform: ClickFunnels 2.0 (for multi-workspace organization). Email/SMS Delivery: SendGrid (or equivalent) for high-volume email automation. Modular Structure: All components (bridge pages, workflows, CRM) are designed for quick duplication. Timeline Phase 1 Completion: 7 days Additional Workspaces (if applicable): 2–4 business days per offer after template approval.
