We’re looking for a self-starting, full-cycle Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us generate pipeline, run outbound campaigns, and close deals. You’ll be responsible for identifying ideal prospects, engaging them across multiple channels, and converting conversations into paying customers. What You’ll Do: Identify and research high-potential B2B prospects Craft and send personalized outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.) Follow up and build relationships with decision-makers Run sales calls and demos to present the value of our product Close deals and manage your own pipeline end-to-end Maintain accurate records in our CRM and report on key metrics Collaborate with the team to improve targeting, messaging, and overall strategy What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles Proven ability to close deals — not just book meetings Clear, confident communicator — both written and verbal Resourceful, persistent, and comfortable with outbound outreach Familiar with tools like Hubspot, Apollo, or similar Organized and self-directed — you know how to manage your own funnel Bonus If You Have: Experience selling SaaS or B2B services Knowledge of outbound frameworks (e.g., cold email, multi-step sequences) Comfort navigating early-stage or fast-moving environments
