Job Description: We are a Hawaii-based seafood brand specializing in premium products for fine dining restaurants across the United States. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR)/Telemarketer to join our team on a freelance basis, with potential for long-term collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to a provided list of accounts in Salesforce. Engage with chefs and navigate gatekeepers to reach decision-makers. Pitch our seafood products and secure appointments for our sales team. Log call activities, outcomes, and updates in Salesforce in real-time. Collaborate with our team to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up. Requirements: Strong communication and sales skills with a results-driven mindset. Experience in food sales, particularly in the fine dining or restaurant industry, is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. No lead generation required—we provide all leads.
