Overview: Brightmetrics is a SaaS company that provides advanced analytics for contact centers. We’re looking for a hands-on, embedded B2B SaaS sales consultant to work directly with our small sales team (1 manager, 2 reps) to identify and fix issues in our sales motion. This is not a strategy-only advisory role. We need someone who is willing to embed with our team, join calls, audit existing processes and messaging, and work in real-time collaboration (Slack/Zoom) to accelerate pipeline progression and improve rep performance. Our Deal Profile • B2B SaaS product • Average deal size: $10K–$70K ARR • Sales cycle: 60–270 days • Target buyers: Directors/VPs of Contact Center Operations • Tech stack: HubSpot CRM + Apollo --- Your Role • Embed with our team to observe, audit, and diagnose our current sales practices • Review discovery calls, outbound sequences, and deal flow • Coach reps and our manager on best practices for opportunity advancement • Identify breakdowns in our messaging, urgency creation, and follow-up discipline • Improve and teach effective outbound and mid-funnel strategies • Suggest updates to our outreach sequences and sales plays, and train us to refine them over time --- You Are • An experienced B2B SaaS sales leader or consultant • Someone who has worked with mid-market SaaS companies with similar ACVs and sales cycles • Hands-on, responsive, and committed to embedding in a small team environment • Familiar with HubSpot CRM, Apollo.io, and modern sales workflows • A great communicator, teacher, and tactician --- Engagement Details • 10–15 hours per week to start (flexible depending on needs) • Initial contract: 90 days, with potential to extend • Must be available for weekly meetings + async Slack/Zoom collaboration • Budget: Competitive; please propose hourly or milestone-based rates --- Bonus Points If You • Have experience coaching sales managers directly • Have case studies or references from similar companies • Have built or revamped outbound motion for a SaaS company with a small sales team --- How to Apply Please answer the following in your proposal: 1.
