We are a growing B2B SaaS company providing technical solutions for developers, IT architects, and other technical audiences. We are looking for an experienced Documentation and Technical Writer to create high-quality, modern product documentation. Our goal is to improve product adoption by providing clear, concise, and developer-friendly documentation—similar in style and format to GitHub and Stripe. Responsibilities: • Write, organize, and maintain product documentation that is clear, concise, and accessible to developers and technical users. • Ensure documentation follows modern styles, akin to GitHub and Stripe, with a focus on usability, clarity, and accessibility. • Collaborate with product teams, developers, and architects to ensure accurate and thorough documentation. • Develop API documentation, tutorials, guides, and quick-starts that drive product adoption. • Maintain a consistent tone and style across all documentation, keeping the needs of a technical audience in mind. • Keep the documentation up to date with product updates and new releases. Requirements: • Proven experience as a technical writer for SaaS products, ideally catering to developers and IT professionals. • Strong understanding of writing developer-centric documentation, following styles like GitHub or Stripe. • Ability to break down complex technical concepts into easy-to-follow documentation. • Experience with API documentation, Markdown, and Git-based workflows. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with modern web technologies and development processes. • Experience in making documentation visually appealing and highly usable. Preferred: • Experience working with DevOps, data management, or security products. • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and platforms is a plus. • Portfolio or examples of documentation you’ve written in a modern style.
