We are looking for ICM Architect capacity to assist with the foundational architecture for ICM and data coming out of Spiff. Assumptions and Experience: • The individual will have product support available to help them drive requirements with the business • They will have expertise in Incentive compensation management(ICM) ,Mulesoft, Tableau, SOX, Data pipelines and Data Modeling • Designing and managing ICM and data architecture (for inbound and outbound data solutions). • Ensuring data integration and interoperability across systems. • Defining ICM data model, access, integrations and security . • Working with developers to implement ICM data models. • Make sure sox data governance and quality standards are in ICM and data solutions. • Overseeing inbound and outbound ICM and data performance and optimization. • Collaborating with architects, business and IT teams to align on inbound and outbound data solutions. Scope of work • SPIFF Inbound and Outbound architecture includes Pilot integration refinement as well • Define a framework for SPIFF inbound and outbound resilience on integration failures with proper alerting • Interface modeling for Xactly & SPIFF to Financial System in LeanIX • Current state architecture includes field mapping document from Xactly into Financial Systems • Interim and longterm Transition plan for the business needs of key operational dashboards used by GIC (either in Tableau or Xactly today) • Detailed ICM Data Model, Data pipelines, integration patterns, and governance structure for data from Spiff to consumers in Sales and/or Sales Strategy
