Boost my Amazon and Ingram Book Sales

Need help getting my Amazon book sales back on track. I have seen a major decrease in my sales on KDP for my books. Our books have been around for over 20 years and we relied on direct mail for over 10 years which then led to promoting on Amazon. We have always had decent sales but I have seen our sales drop significantly in the past 3 months. I have some Advertising Campaigns Set up, but they don't appear to be working as well as I would like, I would be very open to giving a percentage of sales if the partnership was right.
