We’re a stealth-stage, NeuroVascular MedTech company (VonVascular.io) developing a novel smart aspiration pump (ALGO™) for neuro and peripheral thrombectomy. Our disruptive, IP-protected technology is nearing FDA 510(k) submission, and we are preparing to launch our $12M Series A raise in Q2 2025 (now!). We’re looking for a seasoned fundraising consultant or boutique fundraising partner with a strong track record of closing capital from institutional VCs, angels, family offices, and strategics in the MedTech, HealthTech, or Life Sciences space. This role is part capital-raising strategist, part outbound execution partner. Ideal Candidate: • Has direct connections to investors actively funding Seed & Series A MedTech startups. • Has experience running structured, data-driven capital raises (ideally across multiple verticals: VCs, angels, family offices, strategics). • Understands investor theses, funding cycles, and how to create FOMO in syndication. • Has tools & systems in place to automate outbound using HubSpot, Salesape.ai, Apollo.io, or similar. • Can integrate with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and manage outbound workflows and investor CRM. • Bonus if you’ve worked with founder-led teams or helped first-time founders close Seed / Series A. • Can leverage our deep investor list (already over 250 highly qualified MedTech targets) to refine targeting and fast-track intros. Deliverables: • Refine and execute investor outreach strategy across angels, VCs, family offices, and strategics. • Help us optimize & manage HubSpot sequences (or suggest better tools if applicable). • Coordinate warm intros (from your network and ours) and manage scheduling + follow-ups. • Build & manage a funnel dashboard for outreach → pitch → diligence → close. About Us: • Pre-Revenue / Pre-510(k) smart aspiration system with multiple use cases (neurovascular, PV, MicroNeuroSurgery). • Backed by over 45 surgeon KOLs and a growing group of angel/VC investors. • Multiple publications in Peer reviewed Scientific journals. Two FDA pre-subs with first pathway confirmed. • Negotiating with Strategic Partners that are already issued informal terms with strategic acquisition rights and small follow on once Lead has been established.
