We’re seeking a Business Development & Sales Specialist to engage with potential users, understand their pain points, and introduce them to what we’re building. This role involves outreach, interviews, and gathering insights to help shape our go-to-market strategy. If you have experience in fintech, payments, B2B sales, or customer discovery, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Conduct outreach to potential users (businesses & individuals) to introduce Qsend. Understand pain points & payment challenges through customer interviews. Gather insights and provide feedback to our product team to refine features. Assist in crafting sales messaging and lead generation strategies. Build relationships with potential partners, high-value clients, and early adopters. Qualifications: Experience in sales, business development, or customer success. Background in fintech, payments, or B2B transactions is a strong plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable insights.
