Seeking U.S. based Microsoft 365/Copilot/Outlook/Planner/Teams Expert for Customized Team Training

We are a small team running a retail brand looking for a U.S.-based Microsoft 365 consultant to conduct a virtual training session tailored to our team's specific needs, issues, and workflows. Our departments—including art, sales, marketing, product development, logistics, and finance—need to collaborate seamlessly using Microsoft 365 tools. We are a team of 9 people. Responsibilities: Assess our current use of Microsoft 365 applications. Provide customized training on Outlook, Teams, Planner, and Copilot. Also help us to incorporate our use of dropbox and canva, and help with more automation. Develop strategies to enhance cross-departmental collaboration. We would love if in the future this expert can offer post-training support as needed, being our offsite microsoft expert that we can hire as we have issues or as questions arise. Requirements: Proven experience in Microsoft 365 consulting and training. Strong understanding of cross-functional team workflows. Excellent communication skills; clear and understandable English. U.S.-based consultants preferred. Budget: Please provide your hourly rate and an estimate for a 3-hour training session.
