I’m building a national commercial insurance agency and documenting the journey publicly—not just to attract clients, but to attract strong sales talent, build a referral network, and create content that opens doors to high-value relationships. The channel will follow a raw, documentary-style format similar to creators like Ben Mallah, Patrick Bet-David, and Alex Hormozi. This includes real business conversations, strategy breakdowns, behind-the-scenes clips, and teaching moments around sales, hiring, and decision-making. What I Need A content expert who can: - Review raw video footage (Zoom calls, phone recordings, vlog clips, client calls, internal team convos) - Identify the story or teaching moment within the footage - Edit long-form YouTube videos (8–15 minutes) that are clean, well-paced, and engaging - Help plan and advise on what to film based on current priorities (sales, recruiting, marketing, etc.) Requirements - Experience editing both long-form and short-form content for YouTube and social platforms - Strong storytelling ability—able to craft compelling content from raw footage - Understanding of effective hooks, pacing, and titles that capture attention and retain viewers - Clear communication, ability to take feedback, and deliver content on deadline - Familiarity with YouTube content trends, especially in business, entrepreneurship, and sales-focused content Tools You Should Know - Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro - Google Drive, Notion, and Slack (for coordination and feedback) - YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels Compensation $800–$1,500/month to start, depending on experience and output volume Long-term potential for full-time role or revenue-share as the channel and business grow How to Apply Please send: 1.
