Job Description: We’re a marketing agency that partners with B2B clients across various industries, and we’re looking for a contract performance marketing expert to support our LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns. This role involves full campaign setup, optimization, and ongoing management — with a focus on generating leads, increasing brand visibility, and reporting performance insights. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring proper tracking (UTMs, GA4, and conversions) is implemented and accurate. What You’ll Do: Plan, set up, and manage B2B LinkedIn and Google PPC campaigns Write ad copy variations and test headlines/descriptions Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.) Collaborate with our team to ensure proper audience targeting and funnel alignment Set up and manage tracking (GA4, UTMs, LinkedIn Insights Tag, Google Conversion Tracking) Provide weekly or bi-weekly reporting with actionable insights Recommend budget allocation and testing ideas What We’re Looking For: Proven experience running LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display a plus) Strong B2B experience across various industries Familiarity with UTM strategy, GA4, and ad platform conversion tracking Ability to work with creative assets provided by our team or clients Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving Bonus: Experience with other platforms like Meta, YouTube, or programmatic Additional Details: Monthly ad budgets per client range from $1,000 to $7,500 Ongoing project (3+ months), part-time Must be comfortable working with U.S.-based teams and B2B clients Must be available for periodic check-ins or async updates Please include links or screenshots of relevant campaigns you’ve managed
