Virtual Assistant – Marketing & Operations | Tech-Savvy + Executive Support


We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a busy C-Level leader with marketing execution, operations follow-through, and task prioritization. You’ll help take ideas from "I’ve been thinking about..." to "It’s done and published." This role requires more than just checking off boxes. Heavy follow-thru. You’ll be a key support partner in a fast-moving, people-centered consulting business. If you thrive on helping founders and executives stay focused, finish what they start, and move faster with intention — this is your zone. Manage and prioritize projects based on deadlines and business goals — keep initiatives moving from idea to execution • Support digital marketing execution: schedule emails, social media, and light website updates • Follow up with team members and vendors to maintain momentum and accountability • Keep digital files, links, and shared docs organized and easy to access • Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and assist with calendar coordination Not All are Required but, You’re a Fit If You: • Are tech-proficient: MS Family, Google Workspace, project tools, email platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign etc.) Understand social media • Work confidently with C-Level leaders and fast-paced teams • Can turn a big-picture idea into a practical, prioritized list • Communicate clearly, professionally, and follow up without being chased • Have a knack for order, clarity, and execution • Like working behind the scenes to make things happen
