Experienced Residential Architect Wanted for House Plan Review and Suggestions We are looking for an experienced residential architect to review our current house plans and provide professional feedback and suggestions. Our goal is to ensure the plans are optimized for functionality, flow, design, and completeness before moving forward with construction. Scope of Work: • Carefully review existing architectural plans • Identify any missing elements or overlooked details • Evaluate the overall flow and layout for efficiency and livability • Suggest design improvements or alternative approaches where applicable • Flag any potential code, structural, or practical issues • Provide recommendations in a clear, actionable format Ideal Candidate: • Licensed architect or experienced architectural designer with a strong portfolio of residential projects • Familiarity with modern home design and best practices in residential architecture • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues early • Clear communicator who can explain design considerations to non-architects We will provide the plans in PDF format, and we are open to both written feedback and optional markups directly on the plans.
