We are a 15-20 person start up that uses Rippling as our employee management system. We plan to grow consistently over the next 12-24 months and want to make sure that we have a high quality employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding. We are seeking a consultant that can work with us to do the following: 1. Ensure that we have implemented Rippling properly and have all of the necessary automations in place to create a smooth employee customer journey. 2. Design an employee onboarding experience, including necessary collateral, that gives team members a great first experience at Togetherhood.
