Position Overview: The SharePoint Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive SharePoint solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and system integration, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Solution Design: Analyze client requirements and current IT infrastructure to design scalable, efficient, and secure SharePoint solutions. - Architecture Development: Develop detailed architecture plans that align with best practices for security, compliance, and performance. - Collaboration: Work closely with Security Engineers, Implementation/Migration Engineers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions. - Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial setup to final implementation. - Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for the designed solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration details, and integration plans. - Quality Assurance: Ensure that all solutions meet quality standards and client expectations. - Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and incorporate them into solution designs as appropriate. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on SharePoint, cloud services, and system integration. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud platforms. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security protocols, and data migration techniques. - Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are highly desirable.
