Project Title: HubSpot to Salesforce MCAE Email Marketing Migration Specialist Project Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE) consultant with a deep understanding of email marketing migration to support a full transition from HubSpot Email Marketing Hub to Salesforce MCAE (formerly Pardot). This project involves a multi-phase migration with a focus on data integrity, compliance, workflow replication, and user preference management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both platforms and a strong grasp of marketing automation, data syncing, and engagement studio workflows. Scope of Work: 1. Salesforce MCAE Marketing Data Sharing (MDS) Setup Configure MDS settings within MCAE to reference the “Marketable” field on Lead & Contact objects. Test sync behavior between HubSpot, Salesforce, and MCAE. Ensure full opt-in compliance and data integrity across systems pre- and post-migration. Provide recommendations based on test outcomes. 2. Email Preference Center (EPC) Migration Migrate HubSpot EPC configuration to Salesforce MCAE. Ensure email recipients can manage subscription preferences and opt-out via a custom preference center aligned with compliance requirements. 3. Workflow Migration Review existing HubSpot marketing workflows. Design, build, and test equivalent Engagement Studio Programs (ESP) in Salesforce MCAE. Ensure logic and automation paths are preserved or improved in transition. 4. Data Migration Advisory Analyze current HubSpot marketing data architecture. Provide expert guidance on custom field creation, data mapping, and validation. Support the clean and compliant migration of relevant data into Salesforce MCAE.
