Looking for a CPA who has experience with putting together a review package for a business acquisition ($400K in Revenue) who is punctual and an over communicator. What You’ll Do: -Analyze 3 years of tax returns, P&Ls, and balance sheets from the target business -Identify red flags, financial trends, and normalized EBITDA -Prepare concise CPA-level review packages with commentary -Provide insights on deal risks, owner add-backs, and financial sustainability -Call with Client for Q&A once package is finalized Ideal Experience: -5+ years in public accounting, transaction advisory, or financial due diligence -Strong understanding of small-to-mid-sized business financials -Comfortable working independently and remotely Please send me your set price for this project, your resume and/or website link to your business, and why you would be a good fit for this position.
